Sometimes thick, sometimes thin, sometimes short, sometimes so long it is never ending... The mobile Polystar tong sealer seals all sizes as well as small parts and the handling is easy and flexible. Long lengths can be easily joined together using seam-on-seam sealing. This model is suitable for sealing polyethylene film up to 2 x 0,3 mm thickness.

All Polystar tong sealers use a special pressure switch for generating the heat impulse and a luminous diode for optical monitoring the working cycle.

The 100 GE is also delevarable with with chain pulley block and foot pedal.

Polystar HM Serie

The HM series from Polystar is distinguished by its robust construction of horizontally aligned heating jaws. Special U-shaped supports leave sufficient space above the sealing jaws for free handling. Due to dual-heating from the thermal impulse process, the Polystar electromagnetic sealers are especially suitable for polyethylene sacks up to a thickness of 2 x 0.4 mm. The automatic sealing and cooling times are linearly adjustable and the system is operated via a foot switch. You will become convinced by the constant sealing result.
