The burner is especially designed for direct process air heating. Depending on the capacity, the burner consists of sections. The heat is equally distributed and fed evenly to the burning process. Through using this advanced technique it is possible to achieve an energy saving rate of approximately 35-40% compared to a conventional thermal afterburner system.
